Get beautifully prepared food delivered right to your right door. When selecting the delivery option, we package and design your menu items to be easy to assemble just ahead of an event to maximize food quality. If heating or finishing is required, instructions are provided.


How It Works

Step One: the vision

The first step is to fill out our royal feast questionnaire letting us know more about your event and which package you are interested in. If you’d like to create a custom package, please feel free to let us know! Our goal is to provide personalized experiences so you get exactly what you want and how you want it.

Step two: your custom proposal

Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we use that information to create a customized proposal based specifically on your needs and preferences for your review. At that time, you can make changes, updates, or ask any questions that you’d like prior to securing your date. Each experience is tailored specifically for each client to ensure they receive the best personalized experience for their celebration.

Step Three: the details

After confirming your proposal, we start the menu development & planning phase. During this time, we discuss your menu, table decor, venue/location, and any other detail confirmations needed to make your event a success. You can make selections for each course from our feast menu, and if there’s something you’d like that you don’t see listed, please don’t hesitate to let us know! We kindly ask for pictures or videos of your meal preparation & dining area to help us visualize and plan accordingly. If you need to add/remove any guests or make additional changes, we will do our best to accommodate any updates prior to your final payment, which is due 7 days prior to your event.

Step four: the process

Once the planning stage is completed, we got it from here! Our team works hard to ensure your event not only goes smoothly, but is organized, professional, and guaranteed to be memorable. We provide everything we need upon arrival from set-up & meal preparation to breakdown & cleaning. Our goal is to help you sit back, relax, and focus on what really matters.

Step Five: showtime!

A few days prior to your event, you’ll receive a “What to Expect” email, outlining our process and workflow that we’ve planned & prepared for your experience. Everything that will happen from the time we arrive, until the time we depart will be detailed for your review and approval. You are more than welcome to ask questions or request updates at this time as well. All clients are encouraged to use our client-only number for any urgent or pertinent information for direct access to Chef Lovee.
