Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Fees:

   - Membership fees for our culinary club are $250 paid every 3 months, payable via debit or credit card.

   - In addition to the monthly fee, there is a one-time initiation fee of $100 for new members.

2. Membership Duration and Renewal:

   - Membership is valid for three months from the date of enrollment and will automatically renew unless canceled.

   - Members will receive a renewal notice one week prior to the expiration date, and they must notify us of any changes or cancellations before the renewal date.

3. Benefits and Privileges:

   - As a member, you will enjoy priority booking, allowing you to secure your preferred dates and times for personal chef experiences and events before they are made available to the public.

   - You will have access to exclusive menus, featuring seasonal specialties, chef's tasting experiences, and unique culinary creations crafted exclusively for our club members.

   - Members will receive invitations to VIP events, such as pop-up dinners and collaborations with renowned chefs, providing unforgettable gastronomic adventures.

   - Our team is dedicated to providing personalized attention and tailored service, ensuring that every aspect of your dining experience is meticulously planned and executed to perfection.

   - Members will also receive insider offers, including exclusive discounts and promotions on our services, meal plans and nutrition guides, culinary workshops, and culinary gift packages.

4. Event Reservations and Attendance:

   - To reserve a spot at an event or experience, members can contact our reservations team via phone or email.

   - Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any penalties or fees.

   - In the case of no-shows or late cancellations, a fee of $25 per person will be charged to the member's account.

5 . Code of Conduct:

   - Members are expected to conduct themselves with respect and courtesy towards our staff, fellow members, and the venue.

   - Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.

   - Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests and must ensure they adhere to the club's code of conduct.

6. Communication and Privacy:

   - Members will receive regular updates, event notifications, and exclusive offers via email and our members-only newsletter.

   - We respect your privacy and will only collect and use your personal information for the purposes of managing your membership and providing you with relevant club-related information.

   - We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Liability and Disclaimers:

   - By participating in our events and experiences, members acknowledge and accept that they do so at their own risk.

   - The culinary club and its staff are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during events or related activities.

   - Members are responsible for their own health and safety and should inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect their participation in our events.

8. Termination of Membership:

   - Membership may be terminated if a member violates the code of conduct, fails to pay membership fees, or breaches the terms and conditions.

   - In the event of termination, any remaining membership fees will not be refunded.

   - The culinary club reserves the right to terminate membership at its discretion.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

   - The culinary club reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time.

   - Members will be notified of any changes via email or through our members-only newsletter.

   - Any changes to the terms and conditions will take effect 30 days after the notification is sent.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

    - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina.

    - Any disputes or legal matters arising from the membership or related activities will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in North Carolina.
